We kindly ask that payment for all services and treatments is made at the time of your appointment unless we have agreed otherwise.

• Payments not received within 30 days of your appointment (or within 7 days of your invoice date) may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until payment is made.

• Interest charges are applied in addition to the administration fee.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can offer appointments to as many patients as possible, please review our cancellation policy:

Missed Appointments

• £150 per hour of surgery time booked.

• Shorter appointments are charged pro rata.

Cancellations

• Can be made by phone, email (reception@lrjerseydentalcare.com), or in person during opening hours.

• No charge if you provide:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice for appointments up to 1 hour

  • More than 48 hours’ notice for appointments over 1 hour

Please note: Weekends, public holidays, and time after 4 pm on Fridays don’t count towards the notice period.

• Example: For a 10 am Monday appointment, cancellation must be made by:

  • 10 am Friday (for 24 hours’ notice)

  • 10 am Thursday (for 48 hours’ notice)

Late Cancellations

• Charged the same as missed appointments.

• If we are able to fill your cancelled slot with another patient, you will not charged for the time filled.

We are committed to providing transparent pricing. Standard charges apply, and should be confirmed when booking.

• For non-routine treatments, we will always provide a full estimate after your assessment.

• If you haven’t received an estimate, please ask our reception team, your dentist, or hygienist.

• If extra or different treatment is required during your care, we will let you know and provide an updated estimate as soon as possible.
